Barry represents individuals, publicly and privately held entities, brokerage firms and registered representatives in various courts and arbitration forums throughout the country. He is admitted to practice before the New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.

In addition to the aforementioned courts, Barry practices throughout the country before various arbitration forums including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Barry Bordetsky’s extensive litigation and securities experience provides his clients with an attorney who knows how to limit potential exposure to clients as well as protect the clients’ interests should a matter formalize. Barry combines his experience as a commercial and securities litigator with his background as a former general counsel of a publicly traded company to aggressively and cost effectively protect and defend his clients’ interests.

Barry Bordetsky received his Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York.
